Virtual Writing Group: INNER WELL, OUTER WORD

What’s your relationship with writing? When was the last time you picked up a pen or pencil with paper and wrote honestly, messy, or creatively, without judgment or editing? When did someone last read outloud to you and you listened not only with your ears, but with your heart?

I have facilitated many different types of groups in the past, but I am so excited to be offering my first, 5-Week Closed Series, Virtual Writing Group: INNER WELL, OUTER WORD! Tell me that is not an amazing name?! 🙂 We need five participants to make this group a reality!

No writing experience necessary. Expect a small group of engaging, supportive, non-writers and writers. Directed prompts and writing exercises. A sense of connection and support. We write and listen to be seen and known.  

Group process, experiential exercises, and creativity may help with stress, anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, chronic illness, social/interpersonal skills, low self-esteem, and vocational difficulties. Consider joining for connection, fun, or just to try something new!
