I am honored to be a part of the River Falls Public Library Winter Wellness program and excited to present on Grief: Tools to Work Through a Spectrum of Loss.  I know, I know... it sounds strange to be excited to talk about loss, or even death. But the fact is, this is a topic that affects us all and yet we tend to avoid it. Well, let me confirm, that typically isn't very effective for most humans. Please join me on Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm for a candid talk about grief and loss as a normalized part of the human life cycle. I will also discuss how to support others in their grief, and ways to honor and work through your own grief. Spoiler alert - there is no template or algorithm to the work of grief and we will discuss the idea of how to simply "show up.” My hope is that attendees will gain an increased understanding of grief as a spectrum that includes a variety of types of loss, leave feeling validated, and gain comfort and confidence in the multiple ways we can support each other and work through our own grief. I hope to see you there!

The River Falls Public Library is hosting a 2024 Winter Wellness Program free to community members! No registration is required for this event. Just show up or watch LIVE! Find more details here. Any questions can be directed to steph@corianderlivingcollective.com
