Moving Meditation to Release Stress

Using the mindful movement, conscious dance practice of Open Floor International, we will do meditation and movement exercises to release stress and regulate your nervous system. Open Floor is for everyBODY.

What to Expect: You will spend time sitting, standing, dancing, talking, breathing, lying, and modifying as needed. You will learn skills to use for self-practice at home. Music supports our practice.

Registration/Cost: $20 River Falls Community Education. Pre-Registration required to reserve your spot!

Bring: Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring water, and a yoga mat.
