MOVEMEANT OPEN FLOOR Dance & Meditation!
Come allow yourself to be present to what’s moving in and around you, draw support from the ground beneath you, and deeply connect with yourself, nature, and others.
Fall/Winter FIRST FRIDAYS: 11/7, 12/5, 1/2, & 2/6 from 6-7pm
What to Expect: You’ll be guided through a 60 minute meditation and movement experience using Open Floor Dance principles.
