Come BASK IN SIMPLE PLEASURES for the Day with Us! Resource Yourself.

Natural resources are materials that we pull from the earth to sustain us as humans. Think water, air, iron, geothermal energy, etc. In the therapy world, when we refer to resources, we are referring to something you can pull from that helps you regulate your nervous system, connects you to safety or meaning, or feels good/enlivening/beneficial.

The amount of resources available to each of us is unlimited. Resources can be unique to individuals, or more collective. A resource for you could be petting your cat Steve, listening to your favorite song from when you were 15, keeping bees, sipping hot tea, or remembering how your mother smelled.

Collective, Primordial Human Resources include:

  • Movement/Exercise

  • Nature

  • Creativity

  • Social Connection

  • Spirituality/Belief/Faith

Life can ask a lot from us. It can feel like too much, too fast. Come slow down with Cori Hildebrandt of Coriander Living Collective and Christine Melby of Two Bees & A Bud Flower Farm on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 9:30am-3:30pm in New Richmond, WI. We will be basking in simple pleasures, the resources that sustain us: nature, creativity, deep connection, rest, music, and delicious food/beverages.

Our plan is to send you home feeling resourced, fuller, and lighter! Join us! Questions? Just reach out!
