Advanced Self-Brainspotting: Practice Group!
Brainspotting (BSP) is a psychotherapy model that continues to evolve since being discovered in 2003 by Dr. David Grand. It offers profound healing and outcomes for most clients. It is designed as a relational model, yet there are implications in the model that can be used as Self-Brainspotting practices to support regulation and wellness.
If you have experience with BSP, you are welcome to join us for this Advanced Self-Brainspotting Practice Group on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 from 6-7:30pm at the River Falls High School. Come advance your skills, learn more about the current Neuroexperiential Model of BSP, additional set-ups to turn up or down intensity, and do an extended group practice. Self-BSP can help with sleep disturbance, depression, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, grief, stress, pain, and making choices!
