While most people think of the nervous system as just the brain, it is actually a vast, multi-layered network. Understanding the eight key subsystems of this network can help you make sense of why you feel stuck, on edge, or disconnected—and more importantly, how you can find your way back to a life well lived.

Come advance your skills, learn more about the current Neuroexperiential Model of BSP, additional set-ups to turn up or down intensity, and do an extended group practice. Self-BSP can help with sleep disturbance, depression, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, grief, stress, pain, and making choices!

BEYOND TALK THERAPY: Is Brainspotting Better Than Talk Therapy?
Talk therapy absolutely can be beneficial and uses our higher thinking brains. Yet as some point, talk therapy is limited because it is not able to access the lower parts of the brain where we hold stress and trauma responses. Talk therapy alone is often not enough to heal human issues.

LEARN to Use Self-Brainspotting to Self-Regulate WORKSHOP!
BRAINSPOTTING is typically done with a brainspotting therapist, but SELF-SPOTTING is a simple and effective mindfulness-based practice that leads to self-regulation that can be done alone. After 10-15 minutes of self-spotting many people experience noticeable shifts.
