Take Your Practice Deeper: The Power of Advanced Self-Brainspotting This Summer

If you have already introduced yourself to the transformative world of Brainspotting (BSP), you know it is far more than traditional talk therapy. It is a powerful, body-brain neuroexperiential model that honors the profound connection between where we look and how we feel. By utilizing fixed eye positions, BSP allows us to access the subcortical brain—the deep, quiet spaces where our bodies store memories, trauma, and emotional disturbances—metabolizing those blocks and steering us gently back toward homeostasis.

Many of you have used BSP as clients or attended Coriander Living Collective’s popular Self-BSP Workshops. We have received requests for more advanced Self-BSP practice so here you go!

Self-BSP Advanced Group Practice: Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 6-7:30pm at the River Falls High School.

Why Advance Your Self-Brainspotting Practice?

Self-BSP is a lifelong resource for self-regulation, but like any meaningful practice, it thrives on deepening our understanding and refining our tools. This advanced summer workshop is designed to enhance and deepen your Self-BSP practice. We will:

  • Explore New Set-ups: Go beyond basic setups to learn nuanced, precision-focused frameworks that target deeper layers of the nervous system.

  • Engage in Group Practice: There is a unique, undeniable power in collective healing.

  • Target Persistent Symptoms: Fine-tune your practice to better manage sleep issues, low mood, irritability, interpersonal stressors, chronic pain, and anxiety.

Choose to meet your inner world with curiosity instead of judgment, let’s dive into those neural networks!
