Learn to Self-Spot Tension, Sleep, Stress, & Anxiety!
Brainspotting is a neuroexperiential psychotherapy process that moves you from a state of dysregulation to regulation in your nervous system. It is used to treat trauma responses, mistaken self beliefs, anxiety/panic, and mood disorders. You can brainspot anything that you can sense in your body. The deeper brain works to regulate the higher brain.
Brainspotting holds a dual attunement frame meaning that a brainspotting therapist witnesses the client and themself while the client witnesses their process. The model was designed to be relational between therapist and client, and yet you can practice self-brainspotting!
Self-brainspotting is a wonderful tool to release tension (headaches, tight neck, etc.), improve sleep, decrease stress, and calm anxiety. Come learn about brainspotting and practice how to Self-Brainspot in-person on THURSDAY, JANUARY 29, 2026 from 6-7:30pm at the River Falls High School!
