Hallowed GROUND: Dance, Movement, & Meditation at Points of Stillness!
Open Floor International’s Core Movement Resource of GROUND is about sensing support from the earth below us and being rooted and grounded as we move through life. Being grounded in our bodies, in community, and in spirit creates security, safety, support, and presence.
Signs of being GROUNDED include:
· Feeling stable, strong, and supported
· Being present, capable, and focused
· A sense of trust in self and spirit
· Steady and reliable in relationships, able to hold others, and practice healthy boundaries
Indications that GROUNDING might be a growth area for you:
· Feeling flighty, unbalanced, or clumsy
· Being insecure, reactive, and holding poor boundaries
· Having a short attention span, scattered thoughts, or being disorganized
· A sense of getting lost in the world, feeling unrooted, or untethered
Without ground, where do you stand?
Come connect to what’s below you and in you, build safety, and sense support. Practice GROUNDING through meditation and movement with Open Floor! Hallowed Ground: Outside OPEN FLOOR Dance, Movement, & Meditation @ Points of Stillness, Hudson, WI!
