Intentional Ways to Celebrate the New Year + FREE Annual Review Packet!
We are closing in on another change of the year. In a few days, you will need to write 2026 for the date instead of 2025! Like all years, there were ups and downs, joys and struggles. What is important is that we keep navigating life as best as possible. Resourcing ourselves with movement, nature, creativity, spirituality, community, and pleasure.
Research supports that resolutions for the new year are not typically sustained. I encourage instead what is called an Annual Review. I find doing an Annual Review a meaningful practice, to set aside time, to reference the past year calendar, to evaluate what went well and not so well, and then to set actionable goals for the coming year. It can be an eye-opening and fun practice!

Wild Rice Retreat: Inner Well, Outer Word Workshop, Self-Brainspotting Workshop, and Open Floor Dance Movement on Wednesday, 1/7-Thursday, 1/8/26. This is the perfect winter setting to be quiet and reflective.
Ground Floor Lab (GFL) California 2026 with Majero Bouman & Kamla Sufi in Richmond, CA, 2/11-2/15/2026. This is the only GFL scheduled in North America before the opening of the 2027 Teacher Training.
