What is Open Floor? It’s a non-profit organization, philosophy, curriculum, guide to living, and framework. It’s Movement- Dance- Meditation- Medicine- Art- Therapy- Creation- Expression- A Soul Elixir.
Why Practice Open Floor? Because of all the things that life asks us to carry. To move through life well. To feel better. To access Freedom- Release- Capacity- Connection- Balance- Possibility- Self-Expression- Fun! To Wake-up, Get-Down, Let-Go, Drop-In, and Sink-Deeper. To “Resource the self, Revive the world.”
What Do I Offer As A Certified Open Floor Teacher? Holding a Container- Community Connection- Belonging/Security/Significance- Space- Accessibility- Presence. Open Floor Practice is accessible to all bodies and abilities.

Fall/Winter FIRST FRIDAYS: 11/7, 12/5, 1/2, & 2/6 from 6-7pm!
Registration/Cost: Please TEXT 651-300-4939 to add your name to the list! Pay on site $15 cash or VENMO @Cori-Hildebrandt. Ages 18+. Any cancellations will be listed on the Facebook Event via post by 5pm.
Bring: Please wear comfortable layered clothing, bring a water bottle, and yoga mat. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign in and settle in. We will start promptly at 6pm!
