This workshop will use all five of our senses, meditation, and movement to release all that we hold in our bodies from 2020, allowing us to create space for 2021. Come be intentional about leaving 2020 in the past and transitioning into the offerings of 2021.

Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring water, a yoga mat, and coloring utensils (crayons, markers, or colored pencils).
